Dr. Jihane Rahbani Mounsef est professeur associé à la faculté d’ingénierie et d’architecture de l’Université Saint Joseph de Beyrouth (USJ). Elle a obtenu son doctorat en génie des procédés et de lenvironnement de lInstitut National Polytechnique de Toulouse en 2015 et est actuellement la directrice du département de génie chimique et pétrochimique à l’USJ. Elle possède une expertise de recherche variée, couvrant un large éventail de domaines, de la biotechnologie et des énergies renouvelables, à la nanotechnologie et aux procédés industriels. Elle a supervisé de nombreuses thèses de master et de doctorat, contribuant aux avancées dans des domaines tels que la recherche sur les microalgues et la durabilité environnementale. De plus, elle détient des brevets pour les revêtements et les plastiques antimicrobiens, démontrant son innovation dans le domaine des sciences des matériaux.
