Enseignante cadrée à la Faculté des sciences infirmières (FSI) de l’Université Saint -Joseph de Beyrouth depuis 2003, titulaire d’un Master recherche en sciences infirmières et forte de plusieurs années d’expérience. En 2021, j’ai occupé le poste de Coordinatrice de la formation supérieure à la FSI pour 3 ans consécutives. Actuellement, je travaille à temps partiel et je suis chargée d’enseignement du Leadership infirmier, la gestion des projets, la santé et la sécurité au travail et directeur de projets professionnels des étudiants en formation supérieure. Référent qualité de la FSI et membre du comité de rédaction lors du projet agrément de la Faculté des sciences infirmières et de son programme de licence par l’ACESI. Formateur et consultante dans les divers projets externes menés par la FSI. Vice-présidente et membre du conseil de l’Ordre des infirmier/es du Liban (2011-2014)Déléguée de la Faculté des sciences infirmières au comité des Epreuves du Colloquium en sciences infirmières (2010-2024)Tout au long de ma carrière, j’ai veillé à démontrer un engagement sans faille à promouvoir des environnements de travail sûrs et sains c’est pourquoi je place la santé mentale et la sécurité au cœur de mes priorités.
