Lecturer at the Faculty of Nursing Sciences at Saint-Joseph University of Beirut since 2003, holding a Master's degree in Nursing Sciences and backed by several years of experience. In 2021, I served as the Coordinator of Higher Education department at the Faculty of Nursing Sciences for three consecutive years. Currently, I work part-time and am teaching courses in Nursing Leadership, Project Management, Occupational Health and Safety, and director for students Professional Project in master’s program.I am the Quality Referent for the faculty and a member of the committee for the accreditation project of the Faculty of Nursing Sciences and its Bachelor’s program by ACESI. Additionally, I am a trainer and consultant for various external projects led by the faculty.I served as Vice President and a member of the Board of the Order of Nurses of Lebanon (2011-2014) and as the Faculty Delegate to the Colloquium in Nursing Sciences Examination Committee (2010-2024).Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated an unwavering commitment to promoting safe and healthy work environments, which is why I prioritize mental health and safety. I am always looking for new solutions to enhance the balance between performance and well-being.
