Lecturer at the Faculty of Nursing Sciences at Saint-Joseph University of Beirut since 2003, holding a Master's degree in Nursing Sciences and backed by several years of experience. In 2021, I served as the Coordinator of Higher Education department at the Faculty of Nursing Sciences for three consecutive years. Currently, I work part-time and am teaching courses in Nursing Leadership, Project Management, Occupational Health and Safety, and director for students Professional Project in master’s program. I am the Quality Referent for the faculty and a member of the committee for the accreditation project of the Faculty of Nursing Sciences and its Bachelor’s program by ACESI. Additionally, I am a trainer and consultant for various external projects led by the faculty. I served as Vice President and a member of the Board of the Order of Nurses of Lebanon (2011-2014) and as the Faculty Delegate to the Colloquium in Nursing Sciences Examination Committee (2010-2024). Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated an unwavering commitment to promoting safe and healthy work environments, which is why I prioritize mental health and safety. I am always looking for new solutions to enhance the balance between performance and well-being.
