L’Atelier is the training restaurant of the Institute of Business Administration (IGE). It provides students in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, and Restaurant Management with hands-on experience that closely reflects professional practice.
Students assume the roles of maîtres d’hôtel, hosts, sommeliers, waiters, and chefs, working together to ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest.
L’Atelier offers a varied menu prepared with carefully selected seasonal ingredients at accessible prices. More than a restaurant, it is a learning environment where students refine their skills and put their academic training into practice.
L’Atelier Catering
With more than 100 events organized each year, L’Atelier Catering has become a recognized name in Lebanon’s gastronomy and events sector. It caters to a wide range of occasions, from cocktail receptions for 20 guests to dinners for more than 1,000.
The team is composed of experienced event professionals who design tailored and diverse catering options for breakfasts, lunches, coffee breaks, dinners, gala events, buffets, cocktail receptions, and themed evenings.
L’Atelier provides seamless service from start to finish, from venue selection to complementary services such as furniture, décor, and service staff.
