Financial Sustainability in Times of Crisis

The Faculty of Business and Management in collaboration with CSTouch Advisors have the pleasure to announce the launch of their first workshop titled "Financial Sustainability in Times of Crisis" that will take place on the FGM premises on November 16, 17, 18 2023, 3 half days workshops of 4 hours each: 

Thursday November 16th : from 5p.m. to 8:30p.m.
Friday November 17th : from 5p.m. to 8:30p.m.
Saturday November 18th : from 9a.m. to 1:00p.m.

The workshop is animated by Constantin Salameh and Lama Makarem with the participation of industry practionners and experts. It is about: Interactive, practical, case study-based with several interventions from selected companies and investors. 

The workshop targets: Mid and senior level staff of Lebanese corporates and nonprofit organizations and international NGOs operating in Lebanon. 

It is for400$ per participant, with 25% discount for USJ Alumni, startups, NGOs, and Social Enterprises

Topics consist of: 
• Shaping a compelling transformation journey for organizations in transition
• Building a robust financial model and determining company valuation
• Developing and presenting best-in-class investment pitch/teaser
• Exploring optimal capital structure
• Mapping investment landscape and exploring most recent investment instruments
• Setting the foundation for sound governance practices including risk management
framework
• Preparing comprehensive data room
• Negotiating win-win terms sheets and closing investments

A Certificate of completion issued jointly by USJ and CSTouch will be given to each participant.
