Chibli Mallat holds the Jean Monnet Chair of European Studies at U.S.J. and is presently teaching at the QuinneySchool of Law at the University of Utah. He has been advisor for a project in Iraq associated with the Government of Iraq for the past year and a half. In addition to his academic engagements and prolific publication, he also ran for President in Lebanon.
