Local Governance Civic Engagement Team Lead at DAI Global | HR Metrics and Analytics Instructor | Community Development AdvocateWith over a decade of experience in local governance, civic engagement, and project management, I am dedicated to fostering sustainable community development, particularly in the water sector. Currently, as the Team Lead for Local Governance and Civic Engagement at the Water Sanitation and Conservation Project, I spearhead initiatives that empower Civil Society Organizations and local authorities. My strategic focus on community needs assessment, stakeholder engagement, and grant management has resulted in impactful projects that promote livelihood opportunities, womens empowerment, and environmental conservation.I have successfully developed a Civic Engagement Agile Strategy that has expanded project funding and conducted comprehensive needs assessments across vulnerable communities in Lebanon. My experience in managing a diverse portfolio of grants has honed my skills in program cycle management and capacity building, enabling me to guide organizations toward effective project implementation.In addition to my role in civic engagement, I have been teaching HR Metrics and Analytics since 2017, equipping students with the essential tools to leverage data for strategic HR decision-making. My academic background includes a Master's degree in Strategic Human Resource Management and certifications in project management and research ethics, complementing my practical experience.
