Joyce Nassar was born in Zahle, Lebanon, in 1995. She earned her Master’s degree in Medical Physics from the Lebanese University in 2018, graduating at the top of her class with an average of 83.72%. Currently, she is pursuing her PhD in Medical Physics at Saint Joseph University – Faculty of Science, focusing her research on optimizing mammography practices in Lebanon—a country she deeply values is committed to advancing.Joyce’s professional journey includes teaching mathematics at Antonine Sisters School in Zahle, as well as providing private tutoring. She is now a lecturer at Saint Joseph University, where she seeks to inspire students to become future leaders and achievers. Beyond academics, Joyce is active in organizing spiritual, cultural, and social activities for children and youth. Her passions lie in physics, medical physics, research, and education, with a long-term goal of becoming a university professor to contribute meaningfully to her students’ success and the broader scientific community.
