Sahar est professeure agrégée en gestion de lenvironnement à l'École des sciences de l'environnement et de la santé de l'Université canadienne de Dubaï. Elle possède plus de dix ans d'expérience dans le milieu académique et le conseil en environnement, et a collaboré avec plusieurs institutions nationales et internationales.
