Elias Chahine Biography:Since little, helping others was a major achievement giving me incomparable feeling of excitement satisfaction, maybe due to personal family situation … My educational background and trainings were all in favor of having material that allows to impact others lives positively… I studied Biology then industrial technology (at a very reputable University in Lebanon - USJ) and MBA in one of the best business schools in Europe (ESA/ESCP)After moving to the USA (New York) and working in the sales management field (Pharmaceutical-Duane Reade Pharmacy and retail- Akros for clothing)) i had the chance to interact, with several different cultures and experience the passion of leading teams and helping them achieve their goals. Back to Lebanon I was recruited at the biggest cement manufacturer and became the marketing manager there , but still the passion of learning and delivering valuable info was increasing so I started giving courses to university Masters students (Leadership and Marketing) from there i started to build capabilities for growth, whether in delivering workshops, designing learning programs or speaking in conferences…I know that no single approach is the right one for every individual, this is why I always try to be motivator , bridge builder and help people to assess and express their needs , thoughts, emotions, matter that leads to productive and efficient communication .Beside my education, trainings and experience, I highly rely on my personal and communication skills , presentation and public speaking abilities and attention to details in order to facilitate info gathering and encourage teamwork.“Learn how to create meaningful, purposeful, fulfilling life for yourself and use that to make an impact in the lives of others…”
