Nayla Matar est Professeure Associée à la Faculté de Médecine ainsi qu’à l’Institut Supérieur d’Orthophonie de l’Université Saint-Joseph de Beyrouth où elle donne de nombreux cours et supervise des mémoires de Master et de Doctorat. Diplômée en ORL générale de l’USJ, Dr Matar a poursuivi une surspécialité en laryngologie à l’Université Catholique de Louvain en Belgique et obtenu une Thèse de Doctorat en Sciences du Langage de l’Université d’Aix-Marseille. Elle est membre active de plusieurs sociétés scientifiques internationales (ELS, ESSD, SFPL). Elle est auteure de plusieurs dizaines darticles et reviewer dans différents journaux internationaux d’ORL. En plus de lORL générale, son activité clinique spécialisée repose sur le diagnostic et le traitement médical et chirurgical des pathologies de la voix (parlée et chantée) et de la déglutition.
