Roger Matta is a chemist specializing in environmental chemistry, with a focus on soil water treatment. His career includes roles as a post-doctoral researcher in France, and as a Ph.D. researcher exploring chemical oxidation for pollutant removal. His industry experience spans roles in water treatment, where he contributed to developing chemical solutions for industrial processes across Europe and Africa. In academia, he has taught courses ranging from general chemistry to environmental chemistry and mentored numerous master’s students on advanced oxidation processes for water treatment.
