Roula El HACHEM est titulaire d'un doctorat en chirurgie dentaire (DDS) de l'Université Saint-Joseph de Beyrouth (USJ) à Beyrouth, au Liban. En 2005, elle a obtenu un Master of Science (MSc.) en endodontie à l'USJ. En décembre 2019, elle a obtenu son doctorat en BIOLOGIE ET BIOMATÉRIAUX DU MILIEU BUCCAL à l'USJ. Elle possède 2 cliniques privées où elle pratique l'endodontie depuis 1999. En outre, elle dirige le département d'endodontie de la Faculté de médecine dentaire (FMD) de l'USJ depuis 2022. Elle participe activement à des séminaires de formation scientifique. Elle est membre de la Société libanaise d'endodontie et de la Société européenne d'endodontie. Elle donne des conférences lors de congrès dentaires nationaux et internationaux. Elle est l'auteur et le co-auteur de publications scientifiques dans des revues internationales.
