Roula El HACHEM est titulaire d'un doctorat en chirurgie dentaire (DDS) de l'Université Saint-Joseph de Beyrouth (USJ) à Beyrouth, au Liban. En 2005, elle a obtenu un Master of Science (MSc.) en endodontie à l'USJ. En décembre 2019, elle a obtenu son doctorat en BIOLOGIE ET BIOMATÉRIAUX SAFE_USJ_DU MILIEU BUCCAL à l'USJ. Elle possède 2 cliniques privées où elle pratique l'endodontie depuis 1999. En outre, elle dirige le département d'endodontie de la Faculté de médecine dentaire (FMD) de l'USJ depuis 2022. Elle participe activement à des séminaires de formation scientifique. Elle est membre de la Société libanaise d'endodontie et de la Société européenne d'endodontie. Elle donne des conférences lors de congrès dentaires nationaux et internationaux.
