Dr. Rasha Hamra holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD), a master’s degree in public health, and a Professional Doctorate in Health. She brings over 13 years of experience at the Ministry of Public Health in Lebanon, where she served in leadership roles, including Director of the Health Education Department and Public Relations. Dr. Hamra is currently a Technical Officer at the World Health Organization (WHO) Lebanon Country Office, where she leads and provides technical support on healthier populations, with a particular focus on adolescent health. Her work encompasses the development and implementation of evidence-based health promotion strategies, national awareness campaigns, and multisectoral initiatives aimed at improving health outcomes across the life course.
