My research focus is on joining the two approaches of management information systems: the functional and the technical. Consistent with my academic background, my research works involve in developing and applying models, methodologies and concepts in areas of business performance management, and business value. Those models and concepts rely on, but not limited to, business process reengineering, Green IT, Behavioral Market Orientation, CRM Process, Instant Messaging and Project Management.
