The Training of Trainers Certificate Program is designed for trainers, educators, facilitators, HR and learning professionals, team leaders, consultants, and subject-matter experts seeking to strengthen their instructional design and facilitation skills.

Through a practical and learner-centered approach, participants will explore adult learning principles, training needs assessment, the ADDIE model, SMART learning objectives, active learning strategies, communication techniques, facilitation methods, and training evaluation.
