Dr. Mohamad El Hajj is an Assistant Professor with a diverse academic professional background. Since 2009, he has taught a wide range of courses—such as Business Law & Ethics, Business Ethics, Managerial Negotiations, and Compliance—at prestigious institutions including Université Saint-Joseph (USJ) and the Lebanese American University (LAU), as well as internationally. He holds a Doctorate in Project and Program Management from SKEMA Business School in France, an LLM and an MBA from LAU, and a Law degree from the Lebanese University. His research interests lie at the intersection of law, ethics, and technology, with a particular focus on Artificial Intelligence Liability, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and the strategic value CSR initiatives offer to modern business organizations. In addition to his academic endeavors, Dr. El Hajj has served as a Colonel in the General Directorate of General Security in Lebanon since 2004, gaining extensive leadership experience within one of the countrys most advanced public administrations. He is the founder of the organization’s Complaints Division and has held several key roles, including Head of Legal Research, Head of R&D, Military Lawyer, Member of the National Border Control Committee, and Corresponding Officer with international bodies such as the European Union (EU) and the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD).
