Dr Kayane Mheidly a débuté ses études de médecine à la faculté de médecine de Lille 2 (France). Elle a obtenu son diplôme de médecine et son expertise postdoctorale en hématologie (hémopathies malignes et maladies du sang) avec mention très honorable à la faculté de médecine de Rennes 1 (France).
Le Dr Kayane Mheidly était directrice du programme de greffe de moelle osseuse à Burjeel Medical City (Abou Dhabi). Elle a travaillé comme consultante en hématologie à Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City (Abou Dhabi), où elle était responsable du programme de formation des étudiants en médecine et responsable de la qualité et de la sécurité des patients au sein du service d'hématologie.
Le Dr Mheidly est actuellement responsable de l’activité d'hématologie à l'Hôtel-Dieu de France (Beyrouth) et enseigne également à l'Université Saint-Joseph de Beyrouth.
Elle a récemment été élue représentante de la région du Levant au sein du groupe MENA CTCL pour les Lymphomes T Cutanés.
