We are happy to inform you that the call for submission of applications 2023 to Freie Universität Berlin (FUB), Germany is now open!

Erasmus+ mobility scholarships are now available for 1 student and 2 staff members.

Scholarship Details:

      For Students:

  • Fixed Contribution to travel costs: 360 €
  • Monthly grant: 850 €

Deadline to apply for the second semester 2023/24 (April to July 2024, 4 months) is October 15, 2023

For Staff (Teaching or Training):

  • Fixed Contribution to travel costs: 360 €
  • A per diem of €160/ day for 5 working days + 2 travel days
  •  

Teaching Staff can apply anytime during the 2 semesters with a teaching requirement of 8 hours per week.

Training Staff: The staff week usually takes place in the last week of June in six different parallel programs:

  • Internationalization: Managing International Networks & Erasmus beyond Erasmus
  • Welcome Services/Personnel Development/Onboarding
  • Career Services
  • Research Support
  • University Libraries

 

Application Procedure:

For Students:

Interested candidates must Check the host university's academic program and language of instruction on their website, fill USJ outgoing mobility form and send it (duly signed) to sri.mobilite@usj.edu.lb within deadline.

For Staff members:

With the prior approval of his/her Dean/Director, interested candidates must send their CV in English along with the topic of their teaching proposal or interest to sri.mobilite@usj.edu.lb within deadline.
