This summer, our student Mr Tamer Slim took his mandatory internship beyond the checklist and into the world of healthcare innovation at MedSurg Solutions SARL.

Working in an environment where business, technology and advanced medical solutions come together, Tamer got a firsthand look at an industry you don’t necessarily discover from a classroom.

With our colleague Mr Imad Nakhoul as his tutor, the experience was about more than gaining credits: it was about exploring a new industry, building professional skills and seeing business in action.

Beyond technical competencies, internships strengthen essential soft skills such as communication, teamwork, adaptability, problem-solving, and professional responsibility.
