I am an associate professor at Saint-Joseph University of Beirut since 2009 and the director of INCI (Institut Nation des Télécommunications et de l'Informatique) since September 2020. I got my engineering degree from the Faculty of Engineering at Saint Joseph University of Beirut in Lebanon in 2002, then my Master’s degree from the same faculty in 2004. In 2009, I received my PhD in communication networks from the University of Versailles in France.
My research activities orbit wireless networks and particularly focus on radio resource management and network selection as well as performance modeling and networks measurement. I am also working an Low Power Long Range IoT.
