Satisfaction Surveys

Satisfaction surveys are aimed at USJ stakeholders (students, alumni, employers, instructors, and administrative staff). The questionnaires are designed by CCAD and the University Observatory on Social and Economic Reality (OURSE), in collaboration with institutions and offices.

Some questions relate to Strategic Plan indicators and to the requirements of ranking and accreditation agencies, others to the needs of institutions and offices or stakeholders.

Below is an overview of the different types of surveys regularly carried out among the relevant stakeholders to measure their level of satisfaction:

The questionnaires are validated by the Satisfaction Survey Committee, chaired by the Rector and comprising the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, the Vice-Rector for Research, the University’s Secretary-General, the Delegate of the Rector for University Pedagogy, the Director of the Career and Placement Office, the UAQ Coordinator, the UAQ Quality Expert and Data Analyst, the Director and the Manager of Statistical Studies at OURSE.

OURSE is responsible for implementing and managing the surveys and submits the results to UAQ and the Satisfaction Survey Committee, which analyze them and derive improvement measures.

The results are also communicated to the various offices and to the University Board, providing them with useful information for decision-making.
