The Higher Institute of Speech and Language Therapy has two university clinics known as CDSO (Centres de Diagnostic et de Soins en Orthophonie). The first one is at the Innovation and Sport Campus (Mathaf) and the second one is at the South Lebanon Campus (Saida). Their purpose is twofold :

• Provide a pre-professional intervention internship to students in year 4.
• Provide speech and language therapy services at reduced fees.
