Results and confirmation

The results shall be sent on the date mentioned in the Admission Periods section (p.4). Applicants shall receive, by SMS and by email, a student identification number and a password that will allow them to validate their choice and to print out the corresponding confirmation fee stub; the admission shall be confirmed upon settlement of this stub within the indicated deadlines. This payment can also be made online on the student website https://etudiant.usj.edu.lb. After the deadline, the unconfirmed admission will be canceled.

It is possible to be admitted to all the selected programs except those governed by the Joint Selection Board, which include the following institutions:

Each joint selection board generates a single admission for each applicant based on the order of priority established by the latter, and their file or entrance exam scores.

You may reapply each term by visiting the submission office or online at no additional cost if you are not satisfied with your result. If you are admitted to a Joint Selection Board program and you renew your application by applying to another program of the same joint selection board, you will forfeit the admission you would have already obtained by signing the corresponding letter of withdrawal.

N.B.: The confirmation fee is only refundable in case the candidate does not obtain their Baccalaureate degree and/or in case they have not met the French or English Placement Test requirements.
