This course provides the students with an in-depth overview of the laws and regulations of mergers & acquisitions. The discussions will examine interests of the key players and main stakeholders, the main applicable regulations, takeovers and defences, risk allocation and the legal responsibilities. The course also cover acquisition agreements, together with the most important issues relevant to M&A deals.
