Catalog description: This course focuses on what female engineers need to know about the marketplace. It will redefine what success means nowadays by increasing self-awareness and career awareness, clarify what should be expected when getting a job, understand the differences between male and female t work and how to transform these differences from limitations to advantages. It will also emphasize on emotional intelligence, gender gaps, positive psychology and grit and their importance in self, teams, change and organizational leadership.
