Students in Hospitality Management in Lebanon should know the wines of their country. Modern history of Lebanese wines has witnessed a flourishing of boutique wineries across the country. This course attempts to guide the students through that new wine trail and make them the ambassadors of Lebanese wine in the country and the world at large.
