Description: This method involves integrating a cross-cutting evaluation grid titled "Quality of AI Usage," annexed to the grading rubrics for assignments submitted by occupational therapy students. We now all agree that we no longer seek to police or detect the use of AI, but rather to evaluate how it is used. Our evaluation has shifted from a logic of punishment to a logic of accountability, and that is how we decided at the Institute of Occupational Therapy to develop our own grading and student support grid for the use of AI.
