This course will allow students to understand key concepts regarding migrants’ integration, including social inclusion and social cohesion, recognize the importance of migrant integration policies in supporting wider social cohesion and fostering stability and prosperity and understand the challenges and opportunities of migrant integration. It will also explain why local authorities and non-governmental stakeholders are central in facilitating migrant integration.
