The aim of the seminar is to identify and analyze basic factors shaping contemporary Russian foreign policy. First part „Genesis” includes the followinng elements: geography, history, economy, culture, social structure and psychological dimension. The second part „Structure” is a review of institutional, individual and collective actors which take part in the process of elaboration and implementation of Russian strategy abroad. The third part „Dynamics” is a panorama of Russia’s priorities towards several chosen regions including the Post-Soviet space, the South Caucasus and Central Asia and the Middle East.
