This course introduces the relation between Owners/Investors and Operators and emphasizes in depth on the Journey and Steps towards a professional Hotel’s Opening. By the end of this course, Students will be fully knowledgeable of the Technical and Operational Pre-opening Phases, in addition the Owners/Operator collaboration leading to an efficient yet effective operation.
