General Chemistry

This General Chemistry course introduces foundational chemistry concepts essential for understanding matter, chemical reactions, and energy transformations. Covering atomic structure, periodic properties, chemical bonding, molecular geometry, and reaction stoichiometry, students will gain a thorough understanding of chemical principles. Topics include gas laws, thermochemistry, solutions, and chemical equilibrium, equipping students with the skills to solve quantitative and conceptual problems. Through practical applications and critical thinking exercises, students will develop problem-solving abilities and scientific literacy, preparing them to apply chemical principles to real-world scenarios and further studies in science and engineering.
