The strategic planning course covers the Strategy Management Process Formulation and implementation. Through the course, students will have the opportunity to practice learning in various exercises and projects: strategy analysis and formulation, mapping and measuring the strategy, budgeting a strategy and defining a roadmap. By the end of the course, you will know how to design a strategic plan and how to implement it throughout an organization.
