Data Collection and Analysis

In terms of data collection and analysis, CCAD carries out the following tasks:

• Develop and implement data collection activities that guarantee data accuracy and reliability, in collaboration with the University's various offices and structures (Information Technology Office, Human Resources Office, Career and Placement Office, Publications and Communication Office, Financial Office, Vice-Rectorate for Research, Vice-Rectorate for International Relations, Alumni Office, the Federation of USJ Alumni Associations, etc.).

• Develop management dashboards for institutional indicators and provide the necessary statistical data and analysis for institutional assessment, decision-making and planning processes. 

• Provide an annual report on key student indicators such as the number of enrolled students, registration rate, admission, graduation, retention, etc.

• Provide an annual report with data and statistics on the assessment of teaching.

• Commit, if requested, to participating in data and study exchanges with other higher education institutions.
