Structure

UAQ reports to the Rector. It is headed by a Coordinator appointed by the Rector. The Coordinator is assisted by a Quality Assurance Operational Steering Team (QA-OST), in charge of the elaboration, execution, and follow-up of the different tasks and services provided by the Quality Assurance Unit. This team comprises the UAQ Coordinator, a Quality Expert, the University's Secretary-General, the Delegate of the Rector for University Pedagogy, the Quality Assurance Officer of the Dubai Campus, a Project Manager, and 2 to 4 members from the various USJ campuses in Lebanon designated by the Rector in consultation with the UAQ Coordinator.

A Center for Data Collection and Analysis (CCAD) is attached to UAQ. Its mission is to provide official institutional statistical data and analyses to support institutional evaluation, decision-making, and institutional planning processes.
