1. Beirut Campuses
- This academic scholarship (non-social) is exclusively intended for candidates applying to the first year of the first
cycle in programs offered in Beirut. - It is open to USJ partner schools with long-standing collaboration: 30 private and public schools.
- Each school may submit up to 4 applications within the communicated deadlines.
- The school ranks the applications from 1 to 4, with 1 being the strongest file.
- The school submits the completed application and all the required supporting documents in a single PDF file, by email to: bourse.recteur@usj.edu.lb. Incomplete applications and applications sent as multiple files will not be considered.
- Conditions:
- A certified copy, issued by the applicant’s previous institution, of the official academic transcript for Grades 10 and 11.
- The minimum required cumulative average for submission is 16/20 (Grades 10 and 11). Applications with a cumulative average below 16/20 will not be considered.
- Copy of the national ID card, passport, or civil status extract issued within the last two years.
- To retain scholarship eligibility for the following year, beneficiaries must successfully complete all courses and meet the following academic requirements:
- A minimum GPA of 3.2 for FM, FMD, FP, and ESIB.
- A minimum GPA of 2.7 for all other institutions. - The Rector’s Scholarship is not cumulative with other academic scholarships.

in programs offered at the regional USJ campuses. - It is open to USJ partner schools with long-standing collaboration: 15 public or private schools for each regional
campus. Each school may submit up to 2 applications within the communicated deadlines.
The school ranks the applications from 1 to 2, with 1 being the strongest file.
- The school submits the completed application and all the required supporting documents in a single PDF file,
by email to: bourse.recteur@usj.edu.lb. Incomplete applications and applications sent as multiple files will not
