Financial Aid

Our financial aid program enables every student to plan and secure the resources needed to finance their studies.

Financial aid is awarded based on each family’s financial circumstances: the greater the demonstrated need, the greater the support provided.

Based on your social and financial circumstances, the social worker may offer the following forms of support:

A Scholarship

Social Service scholarships are awarded to students facing family or social difficulties in addition to financial constraints.

An Interest-Free Loan

Interest-free loans may be granted to help students cover part of their tuition costs. Repayment is scheduled over a period equivalent to the number of years during which the loan was received. Students also benefit from a one-year grace period following their expected graduation date.

How to Apply for Financial Aid

Tuition Installment Plan

Tuition is generally paid in four installments per year. Students may request to divide their payments over a period of 8 to 10 months.

Financial Aid Renewal

Students currently receiving financial aid (through a Social Service scholarship or a USJ loan) will have their support automatically renewed for the 2026–2027 academic year, provided they remain enrolled in the same program.

Additional scholarships funded through donations are awarded on a limited basis and may not be renewed.

To remain eligible for financial aid, students must meet attendance requirements, sit for examinations, and demonstrate satisfactory academic progress through sustained engagement in their studies.
