I started my career in accounting and then finance in a construction company. I also played a role in the technical department, which allowed me to gain diverse experience in managing construction projects and develop skills in planning and coordinating large projects.Subsequently, I moved into contract management to lead the projects department in a company specializing in the procurement and equipment of hospitals and health centers, both private and governmental, funded by international organizations. This experience enabled me to master procurement processes and negotiate complex contracts, while ensuring compliance with standards and regulations, as well as cost control essential for public tenders.My expertise also extends to the implementation of effective procurement management systems, promoting better resource management and cost optimization. Thanks to my varied background and multidisciplinary skills, I was able to initiate the restructuring of the procurement department within the University, thus restoring its strategic role in cost optimization while maintaining a quality standard, contributing to the success of the organization.
