Laboratory of Metrology and Isotopic Fractionation
In order to ensure the traceability of agri-food products, from field to plate, this laboratory aims to: - identify new origin tracers; - prepare databases on the origin tracers of food produced in Lebanon; - determine the criteria for their authentication.
