In Vivo study: confirmation of gut dysbiosis inductiojn. Renal histology. Renal bacterial translocation: NGS screening on renal tissue. Molecular analysis of renal tissue: antibody array for inflammation signaling pathways. In Vitro Study: Cell proliferation and viability.
