Youssef Tohme is a strategy and transformation consultant currently working with Oliver Wyman. He graduated in 2022 from Université Saint-Joseph de Beyrouth with a degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering before transitioning into management and strategy consulting. Since then, he has worked with regional and international consulting firms, contributing to transformation programs for government and private sector entities across the GCC. His experience spans multiple industries, including energy, healthcare, culture, sports, and entertainment, supporting organizations in strategic planning, operating model design, organizational restructuring, and operational optimization. Earlier in his career, he completed a manufacturing process engineering internship at Procter & Gamble. Beyond consulting, Youssef is passionate about entrepreneurship and actively works on independent initiatives and projects. He is also actively involved in sports, having been a multiple-time Lebanese national champion in both Taekwondo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and currently serves as Vice President of the Organizational Committee of the Lebanese Jiu-Jitsu Federation.
