Samar Kaddah, born in France in 1988. I received my bachelor's in life and earth sciences-biochemistry at Saint Joseph University-Faculty of Sciences in 2009. Then I obtained my research master's degree in food chemistry in 2011 with high distinction. In addition, I pursued my doctoral studies at Claude Bernard-Lyon 1 University in France in the field of pharmaceutical technology and formulation. I began my academic career at Saint Joseph University as a lecturer from 2018 to the present at the Faculty of Engineering, for courses in general chemistry, inorganic chemistry, atomistics, homogeneous kinetics, and courses in formulation and gas-liquid contactors. In parallel, I have given courses in fundamental and advanced unit operations at Cnam (Higher Institute of Applied and Economic Sciences) from 2022 to the present. I am first author of four publications in scientific journals.
