A specialist in everything relating to the human aspect of organizations as well as entrepreneurship, I have always combined my passion for university teaching with activities in companies: various trainings and consultations, most often addressed to international bodies (UNIFIL, EU...) and to a multicultural audience. Interested in sustainable human development for social and environmental causes, I always thirst to learn myself and to help others - especially young people - step out of their comfort zone, create innovative concepts, and dare new approaches, always with the aim of serving, flourishing, and surpassing oneself. The link between education and entrepreneurship interests me particularly, as do new styles of leadership. I am also very sensitive to the women's cause and work with impeccable ethics, in full fairness. I would like my career to contribute to a community life imbued with more empathy and justice. I am Jesuit-trained and have worked as a lecturer at USJ for more than 30 years (in various faculties in the Bekaa and in Beirut). Very close to students academically, I do my best to guide them, to help them individually and within their respective teams when they work on cases or projects. I have long been a proponent of interactive methods (flipped classroom, projects, debates...) and do my best every day to serve with authenticity and humility.
