Faculty member at the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik - USEK teaching: Interventions and Professional Support in the Organization, Psychological Management of Human Resources Practices, courses at the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Master of Arts in Psychology Emphasis Industrial Psychology.  I currently hold the position of Human Resources Manager at Cimenterie Nationale s.a.l. I have more than fifteen years of experience in Human Resources Management and Consultancy (Managing all aspects related to HR comprising capacity building, succession planning and career development, performance and talent management, recruitment and selection, administration of all HR benefits, learning and development, interpreting employment law, managing contracts, providing leadership and advising junior, senior and executive staff on Human Resource policies and procedures).  I have been professionally involved with different organizational activities, implementing the HR processes from scratch by re-engineering the HR organizational design in more than one situation in alignment with the organization strategy. I am also President of the Human Resources Association of Lebanon (HRAL).
