Erasmus + Students Scholarship to Sapienza University of Rome

We are glad to inform you that Sapienza University of Rome, Italy, is launching the new call for 1 incoming student within the Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility program (KA107) for the next Spring Semester 2026-2027.

Available scholarships are for 4 partner universities in LEBANON which include USJ and which means that a final selection process will take place.

Scholarship Details:

        - Monthly grant: 850 €

        - Flight ticket cost (up to a certain limit)  

 

Student application process

1 - Check Sapienza's academic offer:

PS: Erasmus+ incoming students may apply for any programs offered by Sapienza University of Rome (both Italian and English-taught).

2 - Fill USJ's outgoing mobility form (1st page), have it signed by the dean and send it to sri.mobilite@usj.edu.lb before October 1st.

Remember that you need to have good academic records in order to be eligible to apply for a mobility in the first place

3 - USJ will send the official nomination of the pre-selected candidates to Sapienza who will then send you an email (to your USJ email address) containing the application link and login details.

4 - Starting from October 16th onwards, Sapienza will send to the pre-selected students an automatic email from their database asking you to fill out an online application form and submit the list of required documents by October 31st, 2026;

(Valid passport, curriculum vitae, transcript of records, learning agreement, proof of Italian/English knowledge (B1/B2))

5 - Sapienza will inform the students about the definitive acceptance and send the invitation letter necessary for visa application starting from December 1st and no later than December 20th.

IMPORTANT: there will be some restrictions for the acceptance of students in the Faculties of:

Architecture / Pharmacy and Medicine / Dentistry / Psychology
