I have more than fifteen years of experience in Human ResourcesManagement and Consultancy (Managing all aspects related to HR comprisingcapacity building, succession planning and career development, performance andtalent management, recruitment and selection, administration of all HRbenefits, learning and development, interpreting employment law, managingcontracts, providing leadership and advising junior, senior and executive staffon Human Resource policies and procedures). 

I havebeen professionally involved with different organizational activities,implementing the HR processes from scratch by re-engineering the HRorganizational design in more than one situation in alignment with theorganization strategy.

I amalso President of the Human Resources Association of Lebanon (HRAL).
