I’m an Assistant Professor in Nutrition at Saint Joseph University of Beirut (USJ), holding a Ph.D. in Nutritional Sciences from USJ, a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition from McGill University, and a Bachelor’s in Nutrition and Food Technology from the American University of Beirut (AUB). With 20 years of clinical experience in dietetics, I’ve also had the opportunity to appear on TV, offering practical advice to a wide audience. I’ve taught at various universities, including AUB and USEK (Holy Spirit University of Kaslik), and I am currently dedicated to educating students in nutrition while advancing my research which focuses on the impact of environmental pollutants on human health, preventive nutrition, and physical activity. I am particularly interested in the connections between diet, environmental factors, and chronic diseases, while exploring practical solutions to improve public health through nutrition and education.
