Tania KHANATI holds an International MBA from FGM-USJ - UniversitéParis-Dauphine Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. Currently, she holdsthe position of Grants Project Manager at the Lebanese School of Social Work(ELFS) – USJ. Since 2011, she has gained extensive experience in financialmanagement of funded projects, having managed more than 15 projects,particularly with international agencies.
She is also a lecturer, teaching subjects such as Financial Management ofDevelopment Projects in Bachelors and Master's degrees in social work and NGOmanagement.
Her expertise focuses on budget planning, monitoring expenditures, andensuring compliance with donor requirements and international standards inachieving project objectives.
