<p>Tania KHANATI holds an International MBA from FGM-USJ - UniversitéParis-Dauphine Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. Currently, she holdsthe position of Grants Project Manager at the Lebanese School of Social Work(ELFS) – USJ. Since 2011, she has gained extensive experience in financialmanagement of funded projects, having managed more than 15 projects,particularly with international agencies.<o:p></o:p></p><p>She is also a lecturer, teaching subjects such as Financial Management ofDevelopment Projects in Bachelors and Master's degrees in social work and NGOmanagement.<o:p></o:p></p><p>Her expertise focuses on budget planning, monitoring expenditures, andensuring compliance with donor requirements and international standards inachieving project objectives.
